The company commenced its business operations in 2009 specializing in powder coating for the Architectural Industry, operating from a 480 m2 premises. The plant had been upgraded in 2018 to include a manual spray booth, an automatic spray booth, a batch oven to cater for odd size jobs and an infra-red oven that caters for smaller components that needs powder coating. All aluminium profiles go through a process of chemical pretreatment and etching to comply with Qualicoat specifications before powder coating. Further to the upgrade we introduced a finish called Woodgrain. In this process the aluminium or metal extrusions are facelifted to have a Wood look finish which has become extremely popular in demand.

In the wood grain process, prints are transferred from a film onto the extrusion via heat and suction. We are proud to be the only applicators in South Africa to possess the operating licence directly from Decoral Finishing Systems in Italy. Our operations are Qualicoat and seaside approved certification. Our diverse customer base consists of major aluminium stockists and fabricators.
