The company commenced its business operations in 2009 specializing in powder coating for the Architectural Industry, operating from a 480m2 premises. The plant had been upgraded in 2018 to include a manual spray booth, an automatic spray booth, a batch oven to cater for odd size jobs and an infra-red oven that caters for smaller components that needs powder coating.
Powder Coating .
Powder Coating is a process of whereby dry formulated powder is applied by an electrostatic spray gun to an earthed metal article and when run through a heated oven, gives a hard durable coating.
Woodgrain Coating .
We are the only company in KZN that provides a service whereby we make aluminium or metal extrusions to have a wood like finish. Wood grain powder coating is a process that uses a dry, powder-based coating to imitate a wood like finishing on various surfaces.
